2. Data processed
Name, email, phone, company, selected subject, and message content may be processed, along with transaction security data relating to site usage such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie records, and pages visited.
3. Purposes
We process data to receive and respond to requests, perform needs analysis, arrange demos or meetings, manage business relations, maintain security, measure and improve site usage, meet legal obligations, and — where explicit consent has been given — carry out promotional and advertising activities.
4. Method and legal basis
Data is collected automatically through electronic forms, cookies, and similar tracking technologies, and processed on applicable contractual, legal-obligation, and legitimate-interest grounds under Article 5 of Law No. 6698. Non-essential cookies and any analytics or advertising activity rely on your explicit consent.

In addition to strictly necessary cookies, analytics, performance, and advertising cookies may be used, together with pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Tools from third-party providers such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may be run in this context. Non-essential cookies are activated only with your explicit consent.
6. Transfers, including abroad
Data may be transferred to authorised public bodies where legally required, and to hosting, security, email, analytics, and advertising infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary. As these providers may operate servers outside Türkiye, any such transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 of the Law.
7. Explicit consent and withdrawal
Activities requiring explicit consent are presented to you separately. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before that date.
8. Your rights
You may request information, correction, deletion, notification to recipients, object to automated results, and claim compensation where applicable under Article 11.
